Appartement bien placé, belle cuisine super équipée, beau salon/séjour, belle sdb, très belle vue, beau balcon.
Seul bémol pour la literie. Ch parents : matelas passable mais le somier est un cadre de lattes de bois rigides donc très dur. Ch enfants : matelas très fins, sommiers en tresse métalique fatigués, il y avait même un planche sur un somier tellement c'était mou, du coup lit très dur. Comme l'appart a été refait, c'est peut être le dernier achat à faire : de bons sommiers !
Heureusement, tout ce que nous avons écrit au début a compensé ce pb.
